Soleil Chelan is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the Event Park, Vineyard Pool, and grassy park with playground. Easy access to the neighborhood shuttle (which operates Memorial Day-Labor Day) makes it a breeze to get to the lake and marina. It is the perfect place to relax in the sun with family and friends. The wrap-around porch with a daybed swing welcomes you into an open-concept living area. The gas two-way fireplace can be enjoyed from the living area or outside on the deck. The enclosed covered back deck with sectional seating and a bar with 4 stools is the perfect place to relax with two heaters to make it enjoyable year round. The back deck has a view of the park and playground.
The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need to make a snack or meal (coffee maker, grinder, crock pot, blender, toaster, tea kettle, and plenty of pots and pans). The gas range/oven with air fry function makes cooking a breeze. The Weber grill on the side deck is
perfect for making a quick meal after a long day of fun. There is seating for 8 at the table and 4 at the island.
The upper level has plenty of room to sleep a crew in 3 bedrooms. In addition to the bedrooms, you will find a full-size washer and dryer and a bathroom off the landing area. The lower lever has a shuffleboard table, a bar with seating, and a sectional couch to relax and watch a movie on the 65” TV. Through the back door, you’ll find the lower porch with outdoor ping pong and a cozy fire pit.

Small (under 25lb) well-behaved dogs are welcome. We ask that they are crated when left alone.
